My son is 7yr old he is 20 kg in weight.he is not eating properly.somtime he poop little brownish and my mother in law says his liver is not working properly now I am worried is that true? Please suggest some ideas to improve his eating habits and what to do for a healthy liver

i don't think brown stool is an indication of a liver problem, in fact stool can definitely be brown. unless your child is vomiting after eating, or has any other health issue, i do not think it is related to a liver condition. take a look: https://www.verywell.com/healthy-and-unhealthy-stool-89211 http://www.webmd.com/women/features/digestive-problems#1 at 7 years of age, he needs to start eating properly. you can involve him in the food making process by asking him to create a meal plan with you, for foods that he likes to eat. ask him about vegetables and fruits he loves and start making recipes together. try making different recipes using the same ingredients, and make it more like a fun activity. involve him in food shopping as well. i started doing it with my elder one when she was about 6 and it really helped, as she too was a fussy eater but has now improved significantly.
