Sometimes, I get so frustrated at things at home that I'm about to throw a fit! What do you do to calm yourselves down instead of putting a bad show for your kids to see?

Since, I am the only one who is with the baby at home, so when I freak out I cannot even leave the home and go for a walk or a run. What I do is I go for a shower. There was once when I got mad in front of her and till day I regret having done that though it was unintentional and just happened. Since, then in the worst of my mood swings, I keep repeating to myself, 'calm down, calm down, calm down.' I sometimes, involve my baby in the process and tell her that mummy is getting little bad mood, so please if mamma gets angry then remind mamma that she has to be cool. And this one works as well, as when your baby says, something as sweet as this, you do get mellowed down.
