Sometimes, I get so frustrated at things at home that I'm about to throw a fit! What do you do to calm yourselves down instead of putting a bad show for your kids to see?

I'm sure many stay at home moms can easily relate to this. But whenever my temper gets the better of me, i just stop whatever I'm doing and do any of the following: **Turn away from my kids so that they will not see me about to cry or do some cursing in silence **Hide in the bathroom and reflect for a moment **Count 10 to 1 slowly **Breathe deeply **Hug my kids instead of shouting at them **Hold and whisper positive words to my kids instead of scolding them **Go outside for air **Drink a glass of water **Shout it out behind closed doors, and with a towel or blanket covering my mouth for sound proofing. **Ride my bike for a quick spin outside
