Bad confinement nanny

Sometimes hiring is worse than not hiring. The nanny I hired made us take care of baby in the day and used harsh methods to make the baby sleep, eg quite vigorous rocking and patting. She claimed that baby is naughty already when baby is just passing a difficult phase in his first couple of months. Guilty for not knowing this and not stopping the nanny.

anyone can make insensitive comments. i felt depressed in the first few months when mil and nanny made comments about my baby. it was very depressing back then because our hormones went haywired. now after 7 months, i still hear insensitive comments and i just ignore them. think on the positive side. when someone says baby is naughty, tell them that baby is exploring and learning. "naughty" is better than a baby who just lie there and do not respond to people
