Bad confinement nanny

Sometimes hiring is worse than not hiring. The nanny I hired made us take care of baby in the day and used harsh methods to make the baby sleep, eg quite vigorous rocking and patting. She claimed that baby is naughty already when baby is just passing a difficult phase in his first couple of months. Guilty for not knowing this and not stopping the nanny.
