yes momsh.. try to consult your ob pra marefer ka sa doctor regarding your gdm. may gdm din ako dati at nagconsult dn ako sa dietician pra sa proper meal diet ko. less carbs, more vegetables. pwede fruits pero konti lang lalo yung mga mataas sa sugar. monitor ng blood sugar pagkagising and every 2hrs after meal.. bawal po ang sweets at juice..

Ako Mommy diagnosed with GDM… Ok sa brown, red or black rice… Fruits in moderation lang like half mango, small size of banana, etc… More vegetables lalo na yung green leafy.

no rice and less sweets momi na pababa ko yung sugar ko in a week..opt for whole wheat source of carbs instead na white rice..no juices, coffees, milks, or soda water lang

Saken Momsh before pinag less ako sa Rice, then more on Vegetables and Fruits po

ngayon puro oatmeal na ako at saka fruits,bawal na tinapay biscuits at rice..
