Tama po 1 cup a day then drink lots of water. F antok pa din try eating less carbs. More on light snacks. Peanuts, skyflakes, oats. And also more on oranges or lemon drinks. Kasi nkakawala nang antok ang citric consumption. Iwas lang sobrang matamis momsh.
