3.5 months here.. sobrang stressed out sa eldest ko... puro ako iyak ... can't help it ?

im on my 5th month now and also experienced that before. my ob asked me to talk to my partner or to anyone to release me emotions. being emotional is caused by the hormonal changes pregnancy entails. try to do something fun with your partner or friends. talk to your partner about what you are feeling. divert your attention.those things somewhat helped me and im okay now. dont stress yourself too much dear. 😉
