PREGNANT AGAIN AFTER FIRST MISCARRIAGE🙏

Hello sisters, i am on my 8weeks pregnant now. History: 1 miscarriage at 12weeks- NO HEARTBEAT Now, after 2months. I'M pregnant na. Thanks to god. May heartbeat narin at 6weeks. May i ask kung sino po dito ang same case ko and ano po ang naging way nyo para maging successful ang pregnancy nyo sisters? My OB prescribed me : Aspirin, duphaston and heragest. Gusto ko lang po sana humugot ng lakas at pag asa na magiging successful po this time, minsan po kasi may sentiments ako na what if, maulet, Thank you.
