Sino po umiinom ng gantong vitamins hehe quatrofol, may difference daw ito sa folic acid? Ano ang benefits ng quatrofol at ano ang benefits ng folic acid?

Sa akin din prescribed ang Quatrofol kasi mas effective daw ito compared sa regular folic acid, lalo na kung may genetic issues sa folate metabolism. Pero kung healthy ka naman at walang complications, okay din ang regular folic acid. Depende talaga sa advice ng OB mo. Kung mag-check ka ng quatrofol reviews, makikita mo na maraming buntis ang satisfied dito.
