Sino po umiinom ng gantong vitamins hehe quatrofol, may difference daw ito sa folic acid? Ano ang benefits ng quatrofol at ano ang benefits ng folic acid?

Hello! Yung Quatrofol daw ay methylated form ng folate. Useful daw ito lalo na sa mga taong may MTHFR gene mutation—yung hirap mag-process ng folic acid sa regular form. Sa case ko, prescribed din siya ng OB ko para sa pregnancy planning.
