Hi mommy. Sa second child ko I experienced that sa 1st 2 months nya. According to her pediatric opthalmologist it's because of her under-developed tear duct which eventually naging ok din naman. In your case since 10 months na si baby it may be something else so pls have your baby checked by her pedia asap.
