Warm bath o shower: Nakaka-relax ng muscles at nakakabawas ng sakit sa likod at balakang. Relaxation techniques: Ang pagiging kalmado at relaxed ay makakatulong sa pagbukas ng katawan para sa labor. Kung sobrang sakit na o may kakaibang nararamdaman, huwag mag-atubiling kumonsulta agad sa iyong doktor.
I feel you all! Nasa 39 weeks na ako, and the discomforts are REAL. For me, I tried nipple stimulation—yes, it sounds weird, but it actually helped. It releases oxytocin which can make contractions stronger and help things move along. Of course, don’t forget to talk to your doctor first bago magtry ng anything new. Also, yung relaxation techniques—deep breathing or meditation, really helps reduce stress. Kasi minsan, yung stress, lalo lang nagpapahirap sa contractions. Trust me, it works!

Nasa 37 weeks pa lang ako pero feel ko na din yun back pain at pelvic pressure. For me, I love taking warm baths. It helps relax my muscles and eases the pain a little. I also tried going up and down the stairs slowly—para daw mag-move si baby pababa. Sometimes, yung mga simpleng bagay like light stretching and moving around make a big difference. But most of all, it’s important to stay calm. Baka kasi ma-stress tayo, and it can actually slow things down. 😊

Para makatulong mapabilis, puwedeng: Magwalking exercise basta dahan-dahan, Gumamit ng birthing ball –mag-swivel o bounce nang dahan-dahan para ma-relax ang pelvis. Kung sobrang sakit na ng balakang at pakiramdam mo ay may kakaiba, huwag mag-atubiling kumonsulta agad sa iyong OB. Malapit ka nang makilala si baby, kaya kapit lang! 💕

Hi, same here, Mom! Nasa 38 weeks na rin ako. Alam ko yung feeling na parang gusto mo na talaga mag-labor. Yung singit ko at balakang, grabe din ang sakit! Sa mga tips para mapabilis, I read that walking really helps. It helps bring the baby down and can trigger contractions. I try to walk around the house kahit saglit lang. It really helps!
I also tried doing pelvic tilts. Super effective siya for relieving pelvic pain! Para siyang gentle stretch na nakakatulong sa lower back at pelvis. I also use a warm compress sa likod ko pag sobrang sakit. Masarap yung feeling, parang nababawasan yung pressure. And don’t forget to rest when you can ha! Huwag masyadong overwork yung katawan. 😊
