Diet lang sis. I was referred to endocrinologist by my OB to help me. 1 out of 2 doctors advise me to just eat well. Brown rice, more leafy veggies. No to white breads, too much sweet fruits, saka sweet food itself. tapos I bought my own blood glucose meter. Nagmomonitor ako 1 hr before breakfast, 1 hr after lunch and dinner. Bale staggered sya, hindi sabay sabay sa isang araw yang tatlo. Nkanote sya, tapos upon followup sa endocrinologist, pinapakita ko notes ko.
