Constipated
Hi sino po dito 8weeks preggy at constipated? Sa loob po na isang linggo once palang po ako napoop. May effect po ba iyon kay baby? Any tips o pagkain po para maregular yung pag poop?

More on gulay and fruits mommy. Sabayan mo na din yakult/yogurt for good bacteria (prone kasi tayo sa UTI during pregnancy). Instead of white rice, mag oatmeal. Constipation is one of the symptoms na pregnant ka.
