Hi mommy. Me I have GERD even before I got pregnant. Mas mahirap sya dahil natural na nga sa buntis ang inaacid tapos additional pa yung sakit natin. Some tips mommy on how I try to ease my acid: - eat small amounts of food pero mayat maya - iwas sa citrus fruits - less eat ng maaasim (hardest part for me) - no softdrinks, milktea, tea, coffee, juice - water and maternity milk lang ang iniinom ko - Wag papagutom (dumadami acid kapag nagugutom) - Wag din magpapakabusog (nagproproduce ng msyadong maraming acid body natin in order to digest the food) - Need sanayin na kumain ng exact lang - Wag hihiga 1-2 hours after meal kasi tataas yung food or acid sa lalamunan - May mga certain food na nakakapag-ease ng acid pero depende kasi sya sa tao. Mine is banana. Yung lakatan. Sa iba mas nakakaacid sya but for me nkakabawas sya. Pero hinayhinay lang sa banana kasi karamihan ng buntis constipated. Hope this helps you mommy. I know the burden of having this disease and I completely understand you. I'm currently 7 months pregnant 😊
