If us citizen xa.. Need ni fiance mo kmuha ng "certificate in lieu of marriage" sa US embassy. (Need nia ipakita sa embassy ung Divorce Decree nia if previously married).. Aq kz kmuha aq ng agency na specialized sa marriage in Q.C. near heart center. 12k lahat naibayad ko. Sa city hall kz madami fixers at ang taas ng singil nla.
