🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ first uminom ako fern D. Kasi requirened din ni ob na mag vit d. Kasi nakakaganda ng fertility. Then sinabayan namin ni husband ng fern activ. Kasi nakakaboost naman daw ng sperm. I think nakatulong sya. And my LCIF diet. 😊 pcos survivor here.
