Sino dito nag tatake ng iberet folic acid and moms choice vitamins? kayo anong folic acid at ferrous ng brand na iniinom nyo? pati na din multi vitamins+iron
Ako nung una Hemarate FA kaso lagi akong bloated and sumasakit tiyan ko so nagpa switch ako sa OB ko and niresetahan niya ako ng IBERET i feel much better. I also take Calciumade and ascorbic acid. u g poteen-c ☺️
Obimin Plus, Hemarate FA and Calciumade. My OB prescribed a different brand for folic acid, but I asked her if I can go with Obimin Plus, umokay naman siya.. Mas madami kasi vitamins s Obimin Plus.
