Disagree - (case if no family to help) - An Govt IFC are already so hard to get a vacancy, not to mention private way to expensive . - Formula are also too costly (not to forget childcare don’t provide). - if wants to get helper, e salary nowadays are also too much that we can afraid. The above are some of e examples for financial issue. And nowadays young parents got to find a part time job at night or weekends else now to survive? Nowadays if baby/kid down with flu symptoms will not allowed to go childcare, and not all parents are given e choice to WFH and are being forced to return to work in roster. Therefore, 6 days of CCL or e standard of 14 days AL doesn’t help at all. And do you really think bosses will care for your kid sick? When appraisal comes, you will get negative feedback. Some colleagues will comment why your kid keep falling sick (as if they or their kids don’t get sick).
