Its important for working parents do not feel guilty about taking leave or absence from work to tend to their children. Often parents are torn between losing their career, financial income and taking care of a sickly or special needs children.

Man should do their part! Help out at home. Dont have the mindset that children should only be taken care by woman only. Its both responsibility. Only then will woman want to give birth to more kids
Increased earnings and lower cost of living but it’ll never happen xD Child rearing is just too expensive with our current and future society (increased competitiveness)
Free education. For those living in HDB, condo and landed property, pay 5%, 25% and 45% of the fee respectively when the child in tertiary.😂
TBH I don't think any of the above would work. Cost of living is high and the environment is competitive.
Better parental support, helping with financial cost on long term basis not just baby bonus.
Mums and dads to be needs to know there will be support for them once they start a family
Get rid of expectation. It's not tough to give birth but tough to raise children.
