Since medyo sinisipag ako I'll list down some things na hopefully makatulong sa inyo. (I'm not an expert so kung may mali man I'm all willing to accept your corrections)
-It's not normal to have a spotting no matter how many weeks ang pinagbubuntis mo unless it's mucus plug.
-it's ok to drink yung mga normal milk like bear brand or alaska kasi usually mahal yung mga gatas ng buntis at hindi masarap.
-it's ok to have a black poop when you're taking ferrous sulfate
-it's ok to have sex with your husband as long aa hindi risky or sensitive ang pagbubuntis mo. Don't hesitate to ask your OB. And avoid missionary position.
-it's ok to change OB kung hindi mo bet basta nasayo lahat ng lab results mo. They will ask you the same question kaya tandaan mo lahat ng sagot mo.
-you can eat pineapple or drink pimeapple juice to help you open your cervix.
-it's ok to do light household chores pero wag masyadong magpapagod. Take a break once in a while para naman di ka pagoda masyado.
-try massaging your breast in a circular motion samahan na din ng warm compress and eating malunggay at masasabaw na ulam to help you produce breastmilk
-try practicing side lying position with you newborn kasi ito talaga yung life saver ko kasi habang nagpapadede ako nakakapagpahinga ako since nakahiga kami pareho and i don't have to worry about waking her up accidentally dahil sa pagbaba ko sa kanya.
-you can actually drink coffee or tea while preggy as long as it's 1cup per day limit lang mamsh.
