What vits should I take?

Hi! Since, I haven't visited any ob yet due to ECQ (tried to find one yesterday, diff ob/maternity clinics, and Momme care from Hi-precision), what vitamins can I take? Can I still continue drinking vit. C and B-complex? Thank you! ?
