can't have sex since childbirth

Since giving birth, I can't have sexual intercourse. It's not really about being in pain, more like trauma. Giving birth was really painful, my labor process lasted almost 2 days because the baby didn't come out. I still remember the pain... I'm afraid that I'll always feel uncomfortable during sexual intercourse. I feel sorry for my husband...

Why feel sorry? Sometimes I think we women have to take care of so many things/people, we neglect ourselves. You need time to heal physically and mentally. A mature man will understand that and he should care about you too.
