breastfed baby

sinasabi nung nanay at lola ko na ang payat daw ni baby bka di nakkuha ung hustong sustansya sa gatas ko. mag 4 months na po si baby and 6kg na po ung weight nya ebf po sya.. mas lalo lang ako nagwoworry na bka nga totoo ung sinasabi nila and nallungkot ako at the same time dahil imbes na maging supportive sila sakin eh parang dinidiscourage pa nila ako... ???

I have been through with the same issue. My baby is underweight during his 3 to 4 months. But thanks to a healthy balance diet suggestion of my baby's pediatrician my baby gained weight. Just eat more healthy soups, vegetables and fruits.
