Kain ka po plain crackers like skyflakes and more water para hindi madehydrate. Huwag din magpapagutom kasi tumataas din stomach acid levels nyan kaya nagsisikmura. Huwag mo bibiglain na kakain ka ng marami, small, frequent meals lang dapat. Iwasan din muna masyadong kumain ng maaasim at oily food.
Never tried this pero I remembered watching and hearing from a distant relative na nasa medical field kapag nasusuka and nahihilo one remedy daw is to put alcohol sa cotton ball then smell mo. I just don't know if it'll work or not.
Plain skyflakes, fita, sinaing na saging, oats ito po pagkain ko during 1st trimester kasi palaging nasusuka. Cold water also helps! Minsan ginagawa kong candy ang ice cubes. Iwas lang muna sa acidic foods yung may suka nattriger po

try nyo po marshmallow pag inaatake po ako ng acid yan nalang po ang pinang gagamot ko ☺️
