Should you let baby cry it out during a leap?

I would say it is still better to comfort your baby during a leap. It is a confusing time for him/her and your baby would need to comfort and support from his/her caregivers. That being said, I think you can also try to let your baby comfort himself/herself by providing your child with his/her security blanket/soft toy/pacifier. But, still be generous with the hugs and cuddles during play time. Take care!!

I wouldn't say cry it out totally and leave them alone the whole time but maybe wait a minute or two? If it's not hunger, diaper or illness related, the leap-related crying might just resolve itself. But this method might not necessarily work for everyone. A friend of mine tried to let baby cry it out but she didn't have the heart and would often rush to comfort her child.
