Should I be worried that my 15 months LO still only know how to say MAMA BABA and NEH NEH? We always talk to him but he will end up saying those three words and other sounds but never a proper word. He can gesture or point to things though (eg i ask him where are his eyes he will point at them)

Don't worry as situation may not be that bad. My younger child didn't speak till she was almost 3 years old. She was referred for several assessment and we were told she maybe an autistic child. One day, she suddenly did so well in her assessment and we were told she is a gifted child. She is so talkative now.
