18months doesnt talk

Should i be worried? My girl is going 19months, she babbles ‘mamamamama’ , ‘papapap’ or ‘ga’ etc but she doesnt rlly communicate? However she does understand when we say no, and when she wants something she’ll point it and all but no use of words
