18months doesnt talk

Should i be worried? My girl is going 19months, she babbles ‘mamamamama’ , ‘papapap’ or ‘ga’ etc but she doesnt rlly communicate? However she does understand when we say no, and when she wants something she’ll point it and all but no use of words

As long as they make sounds (need not be meaningful words) and say 2 or 3 meaningful words like mamma paapa baby etc it is fine. Pointing things and asking for it is an important milestone as well. While they point and ask for it and when you are giving it to them tell its name and then give. Keep repeating few simple words like bus baby bum beep ball car etc so that they will try to repeat
