Should i bring my 3yo daughter to hospital as it has been 3 years she keep having difficulty taking a poop

As in she strains to poop? Or she cannot poop at all? How often does she poop? Is it hard? What’s her diet and water intake like?

She’s scared to poop and sometimes she can’t poop at all until 4/5am & i have less sleep due to her crying/moving . He hates drinking plain water everytime when i take her to school and fetch her from school her water bottle is still full . I have already change her milk intake . Her poop is super hard and it has been going on for bout 3 years
