Sharing my Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie recipe using Lily’s Peanut Butter Classic & Crunch. It’s sweet but not too sweet and perfect for cutting down sugar.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 12 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 17 minutes
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Lily’s peanut butter
* 1 large egg
* 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
* 1 1/4-1/2 cup oats
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg and maple syrup. Mix well until thick.
3. Add oats in slowly, until mixture is thick like a sticky cookie dough.
4. Using a tablespoon, place heaping tablespoons of mixture on a greased baking sheet and press down slightly to flatten.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through. Let cool and serve.
