1 ½ rice in morning 1 cup rice in the evening more on gulay para busog. Ung walang lasa para di nako masarapan at di maattempt kumuha ng rice. Oatmeal with bread sa madaling araw sa meryenda puro prutas. Saging. Nilagang saging kamote or mamapak ka basta gulay maibsan lang gutom lalo na kung kakatapos lang kumaen 😘😘
