Difficulty adjusting

Share ko lang. I am very workaholic before I got pregnant and now I have trouble adjusting to everything. Konti lang natatapos kong work, sarap matulog, feeling pagod lagi, walang gana kumain. I can't stay up late to catch up with work. I'm worried all the time. Konting kirot or nararamdaman, nagwoworry agad ako kung okay lang ang baby. What do I do??? 😅😅😅😅 10 wks pregnant, still a long way to go #1stimemom #advicepls

same here sis. if you will define a career woman, ako yata un. haha. pero first pregancy ko kasi nakunan ako. dahil din sa stress. nahirapan ako magadjust nun isabay mo pa sa boss mong kala mo nabili ang buong pagkatao mo kung pagalitan ka. dun ko narealize na sa susunod na magbuntis ako iggive up ko lahat. maswerte ako ngayong 2nd pregnancy ko mabait na boss ko. iniwan ko ung dati haha. naiintindihan nyang maselan ako magbuntis kaya wfh ako. pero syempre i still give it my best although alam ko marami ako pagkukulang lalo ngayon. i can say communication is the key. let your superior know anong nararamdaman mong changes but always make it a point that you still do your best. but remember na doing your best does not always give you the best results pero at least no regrets. kakayanin natin to!
