Hi, sy HR (MNC). Hospitalisation leave if you are warded. Bedrest ni, blh bawa ke superior & HR. Atas budi bicara sama ada considered as MC/WFH. Tp ada sesetengah bosses/HR mengarut jugak. Tak considerate. Nak mudah suruh je doc keluarkan MC. Senang. No argument.

Not considered as MC / hospitalisation. Lebih kepada justifications letter utk Work From Home. Tapi kalau company tak allow, kena unpaid leave. Unless surat tu betul2 sijil cuti sakit, then the medical leave applies.

as per my understanding, bed rest letter dr doctor is considered as hospitalization leave..2 MNC companies yg I kerja memang consider bed rest letter from doctor sebagai HL.

I jabatan kerajaan, hospitalization leave ni kalau warded. Kalau tak, just mc tp kena ada stated medical certificate

kalau sya pnya company , if dpt surat doctor blh try request wfh sbb sya request wfh 1st trimester.

by logic, mc lah kut sebab bed rest kat rumah je kan? tapi maybe atas budi bicara HR.

bedrest rehat di rumah ya, bukan wfh. kalau ada statement mc boleh juga dari doc
