Boleh makan kalau x tahan sakit. Mcm I have migraine problem, and time pregnant I dpt migraine kerap sgt tapi I avoid makan panadol. Traditional way without medication: What I did and you can do also is dptkan tidur and rehat yg secukupnya. Minum air suam at least 2 litres / 9-10 glasses of water. Then ibu juga boleh try cuci rambut dgn air sejuk, trust me it helps in healing too. Remember, kalau x tahan sakit then baru makan panadol ya, don't make it a habit.
