For second pregnancy, did you stilll engage a confinement lady? If yes/no, why? If no, how did you cope? Can't decide myself whether I want to engage a cl. TIA!

No. There is no guarantee in having a good cf lady. We pay so much and yet there is no guarantee. I would rather do it all myself.
