Scar removal or lightening cream/gel/patch recommendation

Hi, any scar cream to recommend for kid below 1 year old? My girl will be going for a major surgery at 5 months ago. Any parent out there to share their experiences with major surgery? Thanks

My daughter went through a mole removal surgery last year. Dr gave her kelo cote gel to apply, we finished it and now the scar is almost not visible :)
