fresh fruit juice na lng po, if my fruit blender ka or juicer mas okay, pero di pa rn po pwede palagi kasi nkakataas dn ng sugar ang fruits, need tlga khit papano water po. tiis lng momsh mtatapos dn tyo paglilihi. ingat po.
