Is it safe to take vitamin c while breastfeeding? I have a bottle of vitamin c which contains rose hips as well.

I don't foresee any issue. As a breastfeeding mother, building up our immunity is definitely a plus point for the baby. Whatever we take will affect our baby indirectly. This is definitely a wise choice.
