Baby carry for long hours

Is it safe to put baby in carrier for day naps for 2-3 hours? I need my hands free to do work. Mine is a Konny baby carrier. I’m always afraid that her spine will be curved or affected or it will be too restrictive for her to move? Are there any concerns?

Honestly, for our own sanity, do what makes baby peaceful or sleep. Konny baby carrier is still safe as it does not pressure the spine and baby sits in an M position. If really baby need to be carried to sleep and i need to do things, ill just use carrier.
