Is it safe to intro egg to my 8mths lo? Can share how to prepare?

Yes no problem. It doesn't really matter if u test out egg white now or after 1 yr old, actually the poly did ask if I've tried egg white during the 9mth check n after knowing I've tested both, she commented"very good"
