Is it safe to have skin care routine during pregnancy? What are the best products for our face esp to treat pimples? Thank you

For now mommy stop muna.. 9 months is not quite long naman.. ma experience mo pa break out ng mga pimples kasi normal un during pregnancy. baby soap safe naman. I use cetaphil baby.
