It’s safe but should only be had in moderation. It does contain substantial amount of arsenic which can be risky for the child. So just have it in moderation and maybe not everyday. FDA also suggests to cook it in excess water and drain the water out which removes 40-60% inorganic arsenic, though it also removes a lot of the nutrients.
Check with gynae. But if you have no GD, just eat white rice till you give birth? No need to stress also 😂
