lagyan nyo po ng oras or interval ang pag inom ng folic acid at ferrous sulfate. nung 1st trimester ko morning ko po tini take ang Folic Acid then every night ko naman po iniinom ang Ferrous sulfate. but, better to ask your OB

yes po. actually sa 2nd trimester rresetahan po kayo ng vit na iron + folic acid in 1.

opo pero ung ferus po bago nlng po ako matulog

kung reseta ng ob , malamang safe cs
