Sadly im taking two medicines which is the Isoxillan at Duphaston, and advised to have my bed rest for 1 week, Mommies what can you recommend to me ? Thanks in Advance

Bedrest ka lang po talaga, as in bawal magligpit ligpit and tatayo ka lang po pag kakain or mag ccr
