I can understand as a mother. We don’t want to take risks but we have to understand that others may need more help than we do. Keep monitoring your daughter closely, don’t panic and stay calm. Give her plenty of fluids, fruits and vegetables, Vit C to keep her immune system strong while going through this ordeal at such a young age. Im staying with my in-laws now. My SIL is also positive and I’m worried my 16 month old daughter would be positive too as she was playing with her the night before she tested positive. Both my PIL are constantly coughing too. They’re unhygienic AF but I don’t have a choice at the moment cause my own parents tested positive as they just came back from pilgrimage. I’m staying in the room most of the time. Only go out of the room for toilet breaks and meals. I would suggest you to stay calm, don’t blame the system as they are too overwhelmed themselves. We have to stay vigilant and strong for our loved ones. Watch videos on YouTube on how to tend to emergency cases for a toddler at home. Be prepared because the first few mins at home before the ambulance come is also extremely important. Take care Mummy.

I agree with you! We as parents are worried but im sure theres more ppl who needs a&e more than us. Imagine everyone flocks there.. i guess that is also what is happening now. When my 5mth old ger got covid we were just unsure what has to be done (coz protocol keep change until confused)!

My 5 mth old gal got covid last mth but we did not go a&e. Moh contacted us to bring my gal for assessment whether can home recovery. From what i understand, there was one mummy who got referred to kkh/nuh ONLY because the baby was constantly having very very high fever (39 deg). Why isit unfair? If everyone is going a&e and jamming up the a&e, its gonna be not fair too. Nonetheless, wishing you and ur daughter speedy recovery.
