Sa mga nag pump sa work, syempre more than once kayo mag pump. Pano nyo ginamit Yung pang pump nyo. Nililinis nyo ba in between pumps or once lang for the whole day na. How do you keep it clean if once lang?
Hi mommy, ginagawa ko wash lang ng hot water from the water dispenser ng office, to wash out lang lahat ng milk drops. tapos patuyuin/air dry, basta walang moist or any water drops bago gamitin ulet. Pagdating sa house wash, sterilize, air dry & pack for next day use.

Yes mommy, basta dry before iziploc. Ako, I bought a smallest plastic keeper na kasya ang flanges etc. Mahal kc ziploc eh. Hehe.
