Running at 17 weeks

Can you run at 17 weeks? Ran for a flight yesterday(which we eventually missed it), got another flight which took us abt 1hr trip.. will it affect my baby? Kindda paranoid just thinking of all the stress the baby might get from the running to getting into 1hr flight.
