OILATUM SOAP

Any review po for oilatum soap? Is it good for newborn up if may rashes and even use it as regular soap? Hiyang ksi baby ng brother ko. He's using it sa baby's body lang then cetaphil sa mukha. Been using it to his baby since newborn til now .
